When opening your sales calls, make sure to cover these 3 things:
- Gain a clear understanding of the amount of time the call will take.
2. Make sure the customer/client knows what the objective of the call is.
3. Relate the reason for the call back to a previous conversation, an opt-in and/or information you may have sent out.
Connecting the current sales conversation to something previous gives the customer/client the comfort in knowing you remember fully all that may have occurred already & lets them know you respect their time.
